1) You must use a 5V DC power supply to power these LED strips, do not use higher than 6V or you can destroy the entire LED strip.
2) It will become orange/red gradually when you set the entire LED strip to white. It is not quality issue, but voltage drop. You can inject power on both ends to solve this issue.
